Sheridan WYO Rodeo Tickets
SWR dates are July 9th, 10th, and 11th, 2009
At this point we are not selling any additional grandstand tickets for the rodeo in the new Gold Buckle Section. We will update the website to allow you to confirm your total ticket purchase later today for the checks recently received. If you are missing any tickets in your packet, it is because the packets were organized and sealed prior to receiving your check. Any tickets purchased that were not in your packet will be available at the check in desk of the Gold Buckle VIP building on Thursday. If we have any additional tickets for sale, we will be selling those on a first come first serve basis at the door as well.
To ensure there is no confusion, rodeo tickets are not included in your GBC membership. Tickets to the GBC Grandstand are sold as a “season” pass style and include all three nights. Tickets will only be sold for all three nights and will cost $100 for a pair or $50 for an individual ticket (again, for all three nights). No single night tickets will be sold. There will be no differentiation of child or adult tickets for GBC Rodeo seating. All are priced the same. As always, only GBC members may purchase the tickets, however, you can give them to anyone you wish. Every person will require a ticket except for children under 2 (sitting in the ticket holders lap). As each seat in the GBC section is an individual fold down seat, we will need accountability for each person using a seat. All tickets will be mailed with your lanyards in early July. VIP Passes
As in the past, all GBC members (and their spouse) may attend the VIP room without additional charge. Each member is allowed a maximum of two guest passes at a fee of $50 per person per night. Doors open at 5:30 pm each Thursday, Friday and Saturday night.
Children of GBC members are welcome and encouraged to attend the Sheridan WYO Rodeo and may attend the VIP Room with their parents between hours of 5:30 to 9:30. Each child 0-5 will be free; kids age 6-20 will be $10.00 and anyone 21 and over will be considered a member guest which is $50 per guest (with a limit of 2 per night). No member’s child under the age of 21 will be counted against your guest limitation so all of your children are able to attend. All non member children guests (son or daughters friends) will be charged the same $10.00 fee but will be considered a guest of the member and thus count toward your two guest maximum.
We believe children should be a part of the Gold Buckle Club and the Sheridan WYO Rodeo experience but we need the parents/members help. We have had some problems with unattended children and are concerned for their safety and the courtesy of all members of the GBC. We ask all members to keep their children supervised at all times when you are in the VIP room of the GBC. At 9:30 please respect all members and kindly see that your children under 21 are out of the VIP room.
We feel that 5:30 to 9:30 is a great family atmosphere with a BBQ and rodeo events. After 9:30 the VIP room turns more into an adult setting for socializing & entertainment.
All VIP Guest passes will be handed out at the entrance door each night. All member lanyards will be mailed directly to the GBC members if address is local and held for those out of town members at the door.

WYO Rodeo Parade Entry
Assuming there is enough interest, we will once again have a Gold Buckle Club entry in the rodeo parade. This year’s theme is “Bring It On Home”. If we can find a team to pull the Eaton Stage Coach, we will have the coach plus out riders. If we are unsuccessful in finding a team for the coach, we’ll do as we did last year and simply have a group of riders displaying the Gold Buckle Flag. In order to have a good showing I suggest we have a minimum of eight riders. (20 would be impressive)
