2006 Gold Buckle Club Events

Casino Night
April 8th, 2006
We brought in a professional Casino company to assist us in putting on a full blown Casino Night at the Historic Sheridan Inn. This event included games such as Craps, Blackjack, Roulette and the Gold Buckle Clubs first Texas Hold ‘Em tournament. This Black Tie and Blue Jeans evening was the first event in the 2006 season and got our membership primed for Rodeo Season.

Golf Event
June 16th, 2006
An afternoon at Powder Horn Golf Club was created for a friendly tournament and social gathering. Even those who opted not to play golf joined in the evening and listened to the excuses and exaggerations of those who did attempt to conquer the course.

Sheridan WYO Rodeo   
July 13th, 14th, and 15th, 2006
Even bigger and better for 2006. We offered Gold Buckle Seating for the first time. A new section of bleachers was approved and included a section designated exclusively for GBC members.

Fall Ball Gold Buckle Dinner and Dance
October 7th, 2006
With over 320 people attending our western dance and social, the evening went off without a hitch. Starting with a social hour, we got an opportunity to meet with many of the WYO Rodeo’s Corporate Sponsors that were invited to help us celebrate our second nomination as the “PRCA Outdoor Rodeo of the Year”.
